CBSE conducts Class 12 examinations in the month of February-March every year. Due to elections which are due in April and May 2019, it is expected that this year the exams will be conducted earlier as compared to last year. CBSE declared the CBSE Class 12 Date Sheet 2019 on 23rd December 2019. Last year, the CBSE 12th timetable was delayed and was declared in the month of January. CBSE Class 12th Board Exams for the academic year 2018-19 are scheduled to begin on 15th February and end on 3rd April 2019. Students are advised to download CBSE Class 12 Sample Papers for better preparation.
In 2018, CBSE 12th board exams commenced on 5th March, concluded on 13th April and the CBSE 12th result was declared on 26th May 2018. This year due to elections, CBSE might prepone or postpone the Class 12th Results. Students will have to keep waiting for official updates from the Central Board of Secondary Education.
CBSE 12th Result 2019 – Last Year Statistics
Last year 11,84,386 students registered for the CBSE 12th examinations out of which 11,62,645 students appeared for the exams. The exams were taken by students from 11,510 different schools across 4,145 exam centres. The overall pass percentage was 83.01%. Girls outshined boys in the CBSE 12th board exams 2018 with 9.32%. Girls scored 88.31% while boys scored 78.99%.

CBSE 12th Result 2019 – Result Date Declaration
The only thing students are curious and worried about after their exam is the result date. The board releases an official notification usually a week before announcing the Class 12th results. The Central Board of Secondary Education declares CBSE class 12th results in May. As per the existing result declaration pattern, it is expected that the CBSE 12th Result 2019 will be declared in May 2019.
